Today you can be part of the beginning

Every great construction had a first day, and that day is today.

You are not giving charity: you are placing your stone in the foundation of a new economy, a new society and, above all, a new human being.

Donate

Any amount counts. There is no small donation on day one.

With or without money, this project will keep moving forward: what moves it is the heart, not the money.

Transparency commitment

While the public blockchain is ready, we keep a public, updated record of donations received and expenses made: View record.

You can also review how every peso is used in the Required Initial Capital document (Spanish) and learn the full legal framework in the Organizational Legal Framework (Spanish).

Destination

Your donation builds the base

  • The legal incorporation of the donataria civil association: bylaws, notary and registry (estimated: $25,000 – $65,000 MXN).
  • The advisory and contracts that order the relationship between the civil organization and its future commercial company.
  • The initial operation: the team that will develop the infrastructure, during the first 6–12 months of work.
  • The data center hardware: the servers that will host the own cloud and the payment gateway.

It does not fund promises: it funds infrastructure.

Doubts

Frequently asked questions

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Not yet. Deductibility arrives when the civil association is incorporated and authorized as a donataria by the SAT; that exact process is one of the first things your donation funds. When it happens, it will be announced here and donations will move to the organization's account.

How can I verify what it is used for?

Through the public record of donations and expenses (link above) and the founding documents, open on GitHub. The full standard is on the Transparency page.

Do you accept investment or participation in the organization?

No. Trade yes, capital injection no: we do not sell control, ownership or participation. If you want to boost the project with money, the way is the donation.

Can I contribute in another way?

Yes: with your work or by spreading the Cause. See the Participate page.

Will I receive a receipt?
