Consuming is easy. Participating changes everything.
Every peso moving through our infrastructure will fund the economic foundation for human health. The client does not just buy: they build. But there are three ways to build, and only one requires money.
Ficonsumo
Financing + consumption. It is Altepetl's core model: consuming the organization's digital products and services is financing the Cause. Every subscription, every pay-per-use payment, every license becomes the income that sustains the organization and is reinvested in its growth.
No charity, no debt, no external capital: funding is born from consumption itself.
Consuming our products and services is financing a radical change: building an economic and social system that becomes the foundation for human health.
Today Ficonsumo is a plan, not a store: its products arrive with the Start. Among the first, in the near future: own social networks, the organization's communication channel. Once they exist, using them will be the most everyday way to fund the Cause.
With or without money, this goes on
This project does not depend on the funds it raises: with or without financial support, with or without donations, with or without outreach, Altepetl will keep moving forward. It is sustained by a group of collaborators committed with their hearts, contributing their time, their work and their conviction.
Money speeds up the pace, but it does not start the engine: in the end, what moves this project is the heart, not the money.

Ways to participate
2. Contribute your work
Community work is this organization's pillar and structurally reduces development costs. Needed:

- Review of founding documents — spot inconsistencies and propose improvements: start with CONTRIBUTING (Spanish).
- Community organization — forming and accompanying Calpullis.
- Legal and accounting advisory — tax, corporate and third-sector law.

Welcome to the water
Altepetl means water and mountain. The mountain is the community. The water is what sustains it.
